Based on your brief, we research current conditions, seasonal opening hours, transport links, and local events. You get a first draft with a day-by-day route, suggested stays, and a rough time budget for each stop.
You review the draft and mark what feels too rushed, too quiet, or off-target. We revise the plan, swap activities, and adjust the pace until the flow matches how you actually like to travel.
The final version includes a clean day-by-day schedule, booking notes, packing checklist, transport tips, and a list of backup options in case of weather or closures. Everything is delivered as an editable document.
You can send questions about the plan, ask for restaurant recommendations, or request a revised version if your dates shift. This window closes three days before your trip so you have time to prepare calmly.
